    Policy Eligibility

    • Must be a development legislation (social; economic; infrastructure/physical; environmental management; or institutional development)
      Must have been passed and approved/enacted as ordinances through any process provided in the Local Government Code of the Philippines
      Must have been approved and enacted from 2000 to present
      Must have been implemented for at least one (1) year
